Shine Kogei's "Cera Armor" is a functional coating that adds value such as release properties and wear resistance to the base material. It possesses physical properties superior to fluororesin and can form a high-hardness ceramic coating on resins, engineering plastics, glass, wood, and other materials that could not be treated with fluororesin. Cera Armor is also adopted for rolls that have issues with material adhesion. Thanks to Cera Armor's excellent release properties, it prevents adhesion to the surfaces of rolls containing resins, films, foils, and adhesives. It also contributes to reducing manufacturing time and labor in production lines. Cera Armor can be applied to metals in general, including SUS, aluminum, and SS.
